Project planning
I define the technical foundation of a project early and with a practical focus. In this phase, the structure, interfaces, functional scope, and key decisions for electrical and automation engineering are established.
The goal is a reliable project start with a clear direction, realistic effort estimates, and well-prepared documentation.
Electrical design
I create electrical design packages and documentation that remain useful for manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and later modifications. A strong focus lies on EPLAN-based projects with clear structure and maintainable documentation.
PLC programming and visualization
I develop PLC and HMI solutions for machines and plants with clear structure, maintainable software, and an operating concept that fits the actual process. This includes both new projects and the extension or modernization of existing systems.
Depending on the task, I work with existing standards, OEM requirements, or individually structured software concepts.
Commissioning
I support commissioning on site, verify functions under real conditions, and coordinate necessary adjustments directly with everyone involved. This turns planning, electrical design, and software into stable machine and production operation.
Assignments in Germany and abroad are a regular part of my work.
Service and modernization
I support troubleshooting, optimization, retrofits, and modernization of existing machines and systems. Especially with older installations, productivity, availability, and safety can often be improved significantly without forcing a complete new investment.
If required, I also provide risk assessment support and CE-related assistance.
