PLC focus

What a good PLC solution must achieve in practice

Good PLC software is not only functional. In real operation it must remain understandable, extensible, and manageable under service conditions. That is exactly how I design structure, alarm logic, visualization, and interfaces.

Typical tasks range from new development and extensions of existing programs to HMI adjustments, machine rebuilds, and fault analysis directly in the process.

New machine projects

PLC structures, state models, operator concepts, and alarm logic for new machines and plants.

Retrofit and extension

Adaptation of existing software, retrofit of new functions, and integration of additional plant sections.

Visualization and HMI

Operator interfaces with clear structure, understandable alarms, and practical usability.

Troubleshooting

Focused fault finding, analysis in the process, and quick stabilization in active projects.

Process

Structured from requirements to commissioning

01

Functional understanding

I clarify process logic, interfaces, operating modes, and critical states before the software structure is fixed.

02

Program architecture

Programs, function blocks, alarms, and HMI screens are structured so that extensions and service remain manageable.

03

Testing and commissioning

Preparation, testing, commissioning, and follow-up are handled with a focus on stable function and a traceable handover.

Region

PLC programming in Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and northern Bavaria

The business is based in Berga-Wünschendorf. I support projects across Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and northern Bavaria, as well as wherever structured automation and reliable commissioning are required.

Depending on the project, I work remotely during preparation and on site for testing, commissioning, optimization, or troubleshooting.
